We set out to create the one we wished existed after years of testing grounding products ourselves.

It started with a simple question: How do I know this is actually working?
Hi, I’m Antoine, founder of AP Wellness.
I became interested in grounding because I wanted to better understand the relationship between our environment, recovery, sleep, and how we feel.
But as I began trying grounding products, I found an industry filled with bold promises and very little practical guidance. Products rarely explained how to check the outlet, test the material, measure body voltage, or confirm that the setup was functioning correctly.
Some sheets felt uncomfortable. Others slipped off the mattress. Product details were often vague, and the customer was expected to simply plug everything in and trust that it worked.
I thought there had to be a more thoughtful way to do it.
Better wellness products should not require blind trust. They should be comfortable, understandable, and easy to verify.
That idea became the foundation of AP Wellness.
From Curiosity to Creation
Years of testing shaped every decision.
The product was not designed from a template. It grew from the problems we repeatedly encountered while using grounding products in real homes.
We became curious
We explored grounding firsthand and began asking how the products, outlets, cords, and conductive materials actually worked together.
We started measuring
We used outlet testers, conductivity tools, and multimeters to understand measurable changes rather than relying only on marketing claims.
We documented the problems
Loose elastic, shallow pockets, unclear materials, confusing instructions, and missing test equipment kept appearing across the category.
We built what was missing
A softer bamboo grounding sheet with deeper pockets, verified materials, clearer setup, and the tools needed to test it at home.
Practical Testing
We believe customers should be able to check the setup themselves.
Testing helped us move beyond assumptions. It showed us the importance of checking each part of the system—from the wall outlet to the cord and conductive surface.
That is why our planned grounding-sheet kit includes simple tools and instructions that help customers confirm the outlet and conductive material rather than leaving them to guess.
Demonstrations show the electrical behavior of a particular setup and are not a promise of a specific health outcome.

Customers deserve to understand what they are buying, how to use it, and what the available evidence can and cannot establish.
Design for real life
Comfort, fit, durability, setup, cleaning, and everyday usability matter just as much as technical specifications.
Keep improving
We test samples, identify weaknesses, work with manufacturers, and use what we learn to improve each version.
A Balanced Approach
Curious about the research. Honest about its limits.
Grounding is an emerging wellness area. Some published studies have reported potentially interesting findings, but the broader evidence base remains limited and continues to develop.
We do not believe in presenting preliminary research as settled fact. Our role is to explain the available information, distinguish measurable electrical grounding from medical claims, and let customers make informed decisions.

This brand is being built the same way I approach everything: test, learn, improve, repeat.
AP Wellness is still growing, and I do not want to pretend that the process is finished. We continue to compare materials, test product samples, improve fit, refine instructions, and question our own assumptions.
My goal is not to create the loudest brand in wellness. It is to build one that is useful, honest, transparent, and genuinely worthy of your trust.
